Planning Additions is a South West London architectural practice providing design services for residential and commercial projects, including extensions, loft conversions and new-build homes. LM Ventures works with Planning Additions, bringing practical construction experience and site coordination to the building stage.
Liam McLaughlin's background runs from bricklaying through groundworks, drainage, demolition, structural alterations and steelwork. That means the person coordinating your project understands what a detail actually requires — the temporary works behind a structural opening, the sequence a junction depends on, the tolerance a finish needs.
We are comfortable building to engineers' calculations and are used to the practical realities of London residential sites: constrained access, party wall conditions, occupied neighbouring properties and tight logistics.
For a practice, the value is straightforward — a contractor who raises issues early, communicates clearly and delivers the design as intended.
